We have been operating in the market for 23 years. Thanks to our many years of experience in the field, we have become the largest domestic supplier of moulds for the rubber industry.
PNEUFORM has regular customers in over 13 countries.
Together with its subsidiaries, Moldcast and Gottscholl Alcuilux, PNEUFORM is a supplier of complete mould production technology including containers, bladder moulds, sipes, venting systems and foundry technology.

1992 - 1994
- KOP Zlín s.r.o. was established by the transformation of an association of individuals, and it follows on from their common business activities in the area of rubber products.
- The company produces technically and materially undemanding products.
- Decision on expanding the production of rubber repair materials, and creation of a plan for the company's further development in the area of rubber and engineering production.
- Building the foundations for further engineering production.
- Opening of foundry and machining plants.
- Successful entry into the international market.
1995
- Stabilization of the company, and completion of investments in the area of mould production.
1996-1997
- development of the company; acquisition of strategic partners in the rubber industry and mould production areas
- establishment of the company Obnova Kop, spol. s r.o., with the objective of selling rubber products
1998
- establishment of the company PNEUFORM Hulín, spol. s r.o.
- expansion of cooperation with the firm Barum Continental, spol. s r.o.
1999
- establishment of the company GOTTSCHOL ALCUILUX CZ, spol. s r.o. - specialization in the production of laths and venting systems
2004
- fusion of KOP Zlín and PNEUFORM Hulín, spol. s r.o.
- transformation into the joint-stock company PNEUFORM Hulín, a.s.
2005
- investment in a new production hall, and plant consolidation
- development of the company, and entry into new markets
- establishment of the company Moldcast s.r.o., a foundry for the vacuum casting of aluminium

- expansion of portfolio to include EM / OTR moulds
- gradual increase of capacity for cargo moulds
- PNEUFORM supplies moulds to a maximum average pneumatic casing of 2.5 m

- expansion of production capacity to 600 moulds annually

2011
- the company's first expansion abroad; PNEUFORM RUS established in Yaroslavl
